How long will my order take?
Every piece in the Manor is cast and poured only once it's ordered — nothing rushed, nothing mass-made. Please allow 3 weeks for production and delivery, covering vessel curing, wax pouring, and careful packing. Select in-stock pieces may ship sooner; consider that the exception, not the rule.
What if my candle arrives damaged?
Each vessel is cast, cured, and shipped with care — but cement is not immune to a rough journey. If your piece arrives cracked or broken, contact us within 7 days with a photo, and we'll make it right.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Each candle is made to order, poured for you alone — so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges once a piece has been made, outside of damage in transit as covered above.
Order changes or cancellations
Production begins shortly after your order is placed. If you need to change or cancel, reach out as soon as possible — we can't guarantee a change once a piece has entered production.
